amazing terrace view, clean and tidy, helpful staff

The room was even better than shown in the photos, super clean and had a coffee machine. The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the center. The staff was very friendly and spoke English, which was helpful. They allowed us to check-in early and stored our bags on check-out.

The rooms were clean and the rooftop terrace had a stunning view. The staff were friendly and helpful, even going above and beyond to dry my clothes when they got wet in the rain.

The soundproofing in the rooms was poor, making it difficult to sleep without earplugs. the owner had a poor attitude when I offered a suggestion to improve the sleeping conditions in the shared room.

Wow, what a gem of a place! I had such a great stay at Yabanhi with its beautiful view and comfortable private room. Plus, having free drinking water was a nice touch!

The view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking, offering a beautiful perspective of the city. the location of the hostel was extremely convenient, with the city center just a short distance away. Another advantage was that the hostel had a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay during the holiday season.

One aspect to consider is that the terrace and kitchen area were closed from 10pm to 7am, making it difficult to access drinkable water during those hours. it would have been more convenient if guests were allowed to access the terrace and leave their bags after checking out, especially for those with later departure times.

I recently stayed at Yabanhi in Oaxaca for 2 weeks and had a fantastic experience. The location was excellent, just a quick walk to the center of town. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, from calling taxis to storing our luggage after checkout. The studio room was clean and comfortable, with a hair dryer and a lovely roof terrace with stunning nighttime city views. I wish I had booked more nights there and will definitely return. Highly recommended.

I recently spent Christmas at a hostel in Oaxaca and there were a few aspects that I really liked. the location was great. It was situated in a historic district, away from the busy streets, which made for a quiet and peaceful stay. the staff were very helpful. They called taxis for us and even held our luggage after checkout, allowing us to explore the city a little longer. And the best part was the rooftop terrace, which offered splendid night views across the city. It was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery.

There were a couple of things that I didn't particularly like about this hostel. the reception desk had limited hours of operation, only from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This was not communicated clearly upon check-in, and it was a bit inconvenient not having someone available at all times.

The hostel has a relaxed atmosphere, clean rooms, helpful staff, comfortable beds, Netflix in rooms, incredible rooftop with great view.

The private room was spacious and comfortable, with daily water replenishment. The location was perfect, away from the noisy downtown area but within walking distance. The rooms were always clean, with fresh sheets every day. The rooftop kitchen provided stunning city views, where we could enjoy breakfast and coffee. the staff, amenities, and vibe of this hostel made our stay memorable and highly recommendable.
